We collect only what you choose to send: optional onboarding preferences (saved in your browser, not on our server), your chat questions when you use the AI helper, and feedback you submit through the form (with optional email). We do not ask for and do not want PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, card numbers, OTPs, or passwords.
Onboarding preferences personalize the page in your browser. Chat questions are sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate answers. Feedback helps us improve the site.
Onboarding preferences live only in your browser localStorage. Feedback is forwarded to a webhook we control. Chat questions are processed by Google Gemini and may be retained per their policy. We do not sell or share data with advertisers.
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of any personal data you sent us via feedback. Email privacy@newtocredit.in. You can also delete your local profile any time using the 'Reset' button on the home page.
We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell or share data with ad networks. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and do not store IP addresses. We log a small number of aggregated events (e.g. an EMI calculation happened, the chat was used, the feedback form was submitted) so we can see which sections actually help. We do not log your chat questions, feedback text, or profile contents in analytics. We honour Do Not Track.
